Thank you for shopping with Springtime Fun! Because our mystery scoops are blind-box pre-order items, all sales are final — we do not offer cash refunds.

Exchanges We offer exchanges on a case-by-case basis. If you'd like to request an exchange, please contact us at [your email] within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible.

Pre-Order Orders All orders are pre-orders scheduled to ship on or around August 1st. Once your order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at [your email] with a photo of the issue. We'll make it right.
